Judicial Nominating Commission Recommends Nominees to Fill Vacancy on Jackson County State Court

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue’s Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) has submitted recommendations to fill a judgeship on the Jackson County State Court. The vacancy was created last month by the death of former State Court Judge Jerry Gray.

The JNC submitted the following short list of names:

• Jeffrey M. Perry – The Perry Law Firm, P.C.
• Nicholas A. Primm – Bradford & Primm, LLC
