Statement from Governor Sonny Perdue Concerning Judge Malihi's Ruling on Clayton County BOE Members

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue issued the following statement today concerning Judge Michael Malihi’s Ruling on Clayton County BOE Members:

“I am reviewing the findings included in Judge Malihi's ruling. Given the importance of this issue to Clayton County students and parents, I will announce a decision expeditiously, but only after a thorough analysis of the ruling and all options available.”
