Governor Perdue to Appoint Solicitor-General for Chattooga County

            ATLANTA– Today, Governor Sonny Perdue announced he will appoint Sanford M. Hill as the solicitor-general for Chattooga County. This vacancy was created by the resignation of Timothy M. Perry.
            A brief biography is provided below:
 
Dr. Sanford M. Hill, Summerville, GA – Hill practiced as a doctor of Chiropractic for 28 years prior to a career in law. Currently, he runs a private practice focusing on criminal, personal injury and worker’s compensation law. Hill is the team doctor for Chattooga High School Athletics and is a volunteer for Make a Wish Foundation. He attended Upper Iowa University and received his juris doctorate from John Marshall Law School.
